The Town of Secaucus is preparing for a major winter storm beginning overnight Wednesday and continuing throughout the day Thursday. The potential exists for as much as 12 inches of snow and necessary precautions should be made.

Mayor Mike Gonnelli and the Town Council reminds residents that the time to prepare for a storm is before it hits. Please take Wednesday's unseasonably warm temperatures to make the necessary preparations for Thursday's storm. Be sure to pick up all necessary medications and have food available in your home in the event that the storm meets its full potential.

As always, the Town of Secaucus is prepared for the winter weather and will have DPW & Emergency crews on standby once the storm begins in the late overnight hours Wednesday into Thursday.
