NOTICE OF REVISED CAUCUS MEETING LOCATION AND TIME

 

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 231, Public Laws 1975, notice is hereby given that the time of the Town of Secaucus Caucus Meeting of April 14, 2020 has been changed to 5:30pm and the location will be via call-in and electronic means. 

                           

 

THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED CAUCUS MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SECAUCUS BEING HELD ON TUESDAY APRIL 14, 2020 WILL CONVENE AT 5:30PM VIA CALL-IN AND ELECTRONIC MEANS. 

 

Pursuant to A-3850/S-2294 (Approved P.L.2020, c.11., 3/20/2020), the Town of Secaucus is permitted to conduct meetings and provide notice by electronic means during periods of emergency.

 

Location shall be via conference call dial-in during the declared State of Emergency.
