Notice of Intent to Award A Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – Kubota L Series Tractor

The Town of Secaucus intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No.031121-KBA “Grounds Maintenance Equipment” to purchase one (1) Kubota L Series Tractor to service the Town.

The Town of Secaucus anticipates joining the Sourcewell Cooperative contract on September 24, 2021. The Sourcewell Cooperative contract term is April 30, 2021 – April 30, 2025. 

It is the intent of the Town of Secaucus to make a contract award to Tri-State Rentals, Inc., authorized dealer of Kubota Tractors, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Town’s request for a quotation. 

The Town of Secaucus is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
