NOTICE OF REVISED COUNCIL MEETING LOCATION

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 231, Public Laws 1975, notice is hereby given that the location of the Town of Secaucus Council Meeting of April 28, 2020 has been changed to via call-in and electronic means.                 

Pursuant to A-3850/S-2294 (Approved P.L.2020, c.11., 3/20/2020), the Town of Secaucus is permitted to conduct meetings and provide notice by electronic means during periods of emergency. 

THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED COUNCIL MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SECAUCUS BEING HELD ON TUESDAY APRIL 28, 2020 WILL CONVENE AT 7:00PM VIA CALL-IN AND ELECTRONIC MEANS. 

Location shall be via conference call dial-in during the declared State of Emergency.
